Under her leadership, her organization delivered over $826M in commercial value across T&S Products’ NIBIAT since 2023 and managed a $320M OPEX budget to a $14M underspend through disciplined cost control. Kate spearheaded scalable digital platforms including MACk and CI Tracker, optimizing performance and strengthening supply chain operations across the enterprise.
